Declaration Brewing began as an experiment in alchemy, combining a deep knowledge of both science and snow, to create a superior beer, brand and style.  Opening to the public in February of 2015 as SIA's only brewing member, was experimental proof as Declaration immediately established itself as one of Colorado's preeminent new breweries.  Today, distribution reaches many parts of Colorado's Front Range and of course our Rockies, but we have also recently welcomed Wyoming to the family with distribution to the Jackson area.  The brewery itself is the first and only Certified Green brewery by the City of Denver and one of only three breweries on Colorado's Environmental Leadership Board with Silver status.  Production and packaging occur on state of the art systems engineered to be highly scalable for increasing demand and wider distribution.  A spacious onsite taproom is accompanied by a huge beer garden with regular live music, food trucks and perhaps the occasional rail jam in the winter.
