TYR Sport’s Strategic Partnership Manager will utilize his/her sales and partnership negotiation experience to coordinate and execute TYR Sport’s athlete sponsorships and industry partnerships. The ideal candidate will have athlete / sponsorship negotiation experience in the Swim / Triathlon market.

Position Responsibilities:
As The Strategic Partnership Manager you will directly oversee athlete contracts and sponsorships.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to monitor and analyze performance against goals and ensure that the contractual obligations of our external stakeholders are satisfied to their fullest extent and in accordance with the approved budgets.
• Help ensure that contractual obligations are satisfied by the company, third party sponsorships, licenses and partners to maximize return on company investment and maintain brand prestige.
• Assist in the company’s strategic initiatives as it pertains to sponsorships and partnerships. Including, but not limited to coordinating and executing contractual obligations, event activation, development and coordination of domestic and international opportunities and establishment of short/long term goals and objectives.
• Assist in communication efforts for both public relations and internal stakeholders, as it pertains to strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Help develop annual budgets, manage and ensure appropriations of funds and monitor the effectiveness of sponsorships, licenses and partnerships.
• Help analyze and evaluate the return of investment of personnel, event sales and activation, methods employed, costs and results.
• Represent and promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and customers for the company at various trade, industry, community and/or business events.
