Main responsibilities include assisting Giant Retailers, Giant Sales team and consumers with all technical and warranty issues on Giant products.

Handles all phone calls from retailers, consumers and A.E’s for warranty and technical issues.

Answer all phone calls and return voicemail/email in a timely fashion.
	
Maintained a detailed Excel file that details all incoming calls.

Utilizes available inventory to solve a variety of different warranty and sales issues.

Demo Technical Representative

Duties require proficiency in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service. Sales success requires the selling of insurance protection packages that increase the revenue generated on each rental car.

Responsible for marketing 35 accounts within the branch and won an area award for increasing the number of branch accounts by more than 25%. 
Customer satisfaction and service are extremely important to insure repeat business and future referrals.
