Procurement of new business through outbound calls. We receive warm leads and I am required to follow up with potential clients to gauge interest and if interested then I will begin the process of making sure the customer is applicable before passing them through to a senior officer.

An average day included performing the necessary operational activities which included the organization and dispatching of trucks to handle our customer's shipments. I was also responsible for the procurement of business through existing customers, which included following up with our customers and cold calling leads acquired by our outside sales team.
