• Developed first global distribution hierarchy, and re-classification strategy for over 2500- accounts globally.
• Developed initial line plan and go to market strategy for launch of 125-new product silhouettes in Mens, Womens & Kids categories into marketplace; including segmented product-tiering structure; and first specialty-SMU program
