Full -Time Customer Service  
 
Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing Specialty and EDI accounts; responsibilities include order processing, allocation, production follow-up. The customer service representative will work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately and will work collectively to troubleshoot when necessary. 
Education/Experience: 
• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Must have experience in clothing  customer service 
• College graduate preferred 
• EDI experience preferred but not required 
Skills: 
• Excellent customer-relations skills
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Must possess proactive approach and work well independently 
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Excellent organization skills
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Must be able to work in a team environment
. prefer to speak English/Spanish fluently 
Key Responsibilities:
• Order management- from order entry to invoicing 
• Analyzing open order reports to ensure the accuracy and integrity of orders are maintained 
• Provide support to sales/Production  teams by communicating pending issues and order updates on a regular basis 
• Understanding of routing guides and customer requirements to minimize chargebacks
• Work closely with production to ensure timely delivery of goods
