Responsibilities: 1) Manage and develop a team of 8-10 people (Assistant, Key Holders, Sales, and Stock Associates) 2) Meet and exceed sales goals by exceptional customer service, team building, and training 3) Manage payroll 4) Maintain high merchandising standards including floor-sets and window displays 5) Train Assistant Managers to understand how to merchandise and incorporate new recipes into current floor-set 6) Maintain a clean and neat store, both in front and the back stockroom/office 7) Regularly evaluate the business to identify new opportunities
