We are looking to expand North American sales and are seeking qualified, connected and highly motivated sales agents with a desire to become a part of a dynamic, fast growing brand. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage partnerships with new distributors in all target countries and regions globally. • Manage and grow partnerships with current international distributor base. • Ensure distributor and retail image is consistent with brand image in all countries and consistently applied over regions. • Prepare for and attend industry trade shows, US and Internationally • Provides feedback to management on product success • Contract and price negotiation with distributors. • Day to day support for accounts, answering inquires via email and phone • General set up documentation and requirements • Working with accounts for successful advertising and POS placement programs Requirements: • Proven Success through the sales cycle. • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in International Sales • Experience in retail sports and outdoor and/or fashion industry • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both written and verbal • Ability to take responsibility for problems/opportunities and implement solutions • Job requires domestic North American travel and some occasional international travel • Experience in action sports accessories Many thanks, Recent press: http://islethree.com.au/fashion-meets-fitness/#.UfBMOm1RcsY Thanks Vie Active info@vieactivewear.com
