KEY PURPOSE:
As the Speedo Account Executive- Key Accounts, you are responsible for driving sales, achieving EBIT goals, and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within the Major Wholesale Account businesses assigned by setting and implementing strategies that support the Speedo brand.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
One of two primary Account Executives for Key Accounts in our US Wholesale Distribution Channel
Establish strong relationships with buying teams and management
Develop and implement business plan by account to achieve corporate sales goals
Lead & coordinate omni-channel sell-in process to customers with proposed assortments that align with company merchandising and sales objectives
Secure orders and insure proper flow of information is reflected including delivery dates, style information, and order styles adjustments
Work with Customer Service on POs bulk, and projection maintenance
Partner with Forecasting & Production Planning teams to analyze business, and build & maintain forecasts to maximize sales opportunities
Partner with Retail Planning team to manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results and retailer's open to buy
Collaborate with internal marketing to develop digital tools and marketing strategies to support the sales initiatives
Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results and retailer's open to buy
Maintain account contract and manage any co-op agreement while adhering to Speedo's policy of execution
Manage wholesale e-commerce businesses for accounts assigned


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
5-8+ years experience in sales with at least 3 of those years spent in account management in Omni-Channel environment
Bachelors Degree preferred
Proven success in managing large accounts ($10M+).
Experience in managing relationships with Account Buyers, Planners, and Directors, and internal VP, SVP, and C-level executives
Having Omni-Channel Key Account Sales experience with one or more of the following accounts is a plus:
Dicks Sporting Goods
Scheels
REI
Nordstrom
Kohls
Macys
Urban Outfitters
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Retail math skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationship


Pay Range: $83,000 - $115,000 annually
Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
