Job Family Description -Store Management:
Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand.

Sub-Job Family Description - Department/Floor Manager:
Manages every operation in the department or on the floor to guarantee a unique customer experience. Collaborates with store manager and assistant store manager in smooth running of operations, loss prevention compliance, human resources management and visual merchandising presentation.

Your Opportunity:

Alexander McQueen is looking for 1 exceptional Department Manager to join the team of the Flagship Saint Honoré.

You'll contribute actively to represent the House, you leads, motivates, coaches the team of the Department, you are responsible of your Department staff development and of your assigned targets and tasks achievement.

How you will contribute:
 
Business Leader :
Implement action plans defined with HQ and Store management team and ensure follow-up
Consistently analyze business results based on corporate reports
Assign targeted quantitative and qualitative goals to the department team(s)
Communicate high quality relevant feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director/Store Director or Store team
Build relationships with Inventory and Buying stakeholders and proactively communicate requirements
Monitor business environment including local competition
Keep store team always informed regarding Store performance
Team Manager :
Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with AMQ codes of behavior
Recruit, train and develop together with the Assistant Store Director or Store Director
Motivate and challenge the team to drive business results and job satisfaction
Support the Store Director in creating a team whose activities are always motivated, competent and up to date in the fashion and luxury industries
Brand Ambassador :
Promote the culture of the House internally and externally
Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with top clients and VICs.
Ensure store atmosphere upholds House image
Process Leader
Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, HR guidelines
Execute team planning on a weekly and monthly basis and communicate this to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director
Challenge and improve current processes and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experience:
Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge, a good general culture level
Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
Managerial experience (ability to provide constructive, straightforward feedback the team members to help them succeed)
High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
Precision, organizational skills
Adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity
High availability, responsiveness
Product and Fashion sensitivity
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent client service
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
English, third language appreciated
