ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist retail director to complete and implement retail management and administration
- Store staffs uniform & iPhone order/managing/controlling and allocation.
- Prepare retail management reports (weekly & monthly sales reporting; action plan and sales analysis)
- Be responsible for store visit and Operations Checklist scheduling appointments.
- Be responsible for store developing, like store openings & closings support amongst different departments.
- Stores stock inventory and control and stockroom organization support.
- Organization of china retail conference.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Familiar with store operation management process ; Practice in luxury brand will be preferred.
- Well-organized, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess excellent communication skills in a way that inspire and engage others.
