Alexander McQueen is looking for a service oriented, collaborative Stock Controller to join the team at the Bond Street flagship store. The Stock Controller will directly contribute to the increase of store turnover by participating in the merchandise flow management of the store whilst adhering to all House Policies and operational procedures.
How you will contribute:
Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received
Keep stock areas organised and tidy
Check in and handle transfers
Handle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow
Prepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products, as well as handle all associated administrative tasks
Guarantee a consistent level of stock to support the team in achieving sales targets
Prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets and warehouse
Work with all internal and external stakeholders with a versatile, professional approach
Ensure client satisfaction and engagement and that the qualitative standards required by the House are maintained
Provide high quality relevant feedback and reporting to the Management team
Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plans
Prepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepancies
Support on the Shopfloor during busy times and weekends according to business needs
Your skills and experience:
At least 2 years of successful experience in a stock department
Rigor, strong sense of organization and priorities management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Availability, adaptability, sense of service, team spirit
Good knowledge of IT
Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge desirable
