The Medical Marketing Manager is responsible for building and growing relationships within the B2B and medical community. This team member will be ensuring that the medical community understands and advocates for the Altra brand resulting in referring consumers to the brand. Key to this role will be attendance at medical-related trade shows, development of marketing materials, and on-going customer service and relationship maintenance with the medical community.

The Medical Marketing Manager should have a strong background in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics in order to understand and communicate the benefits of shoes as it relates to foot health and healthy movement. This role will communicate product benefits to medical professionals and will develop education and marketing materials that do the same. This coordinator should have a business development mindset and will use their expertise to grow this community and the associated referral revenue.

This role lives at the intersection of marketing and sales.

Skills for Success

1-3 years out of college

!
College degree in physiology, sports medicine, anatomy, kinesiology, or exercise science

!
Personal or professional experience in the running category is a plus

!
Experience in marketing or sales highly desirable

Pay Range:
$82,080.00 USD - $123,120.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
