ABOUT THE POSITION
Brand Development is a strategic team focused on Brand opportunities.
This creative and innovative team is responsible for researching new concepts and exploring growth opportunities for the Columbia Brand. Common deliverables include creative executions, content, and presentations designed to communicate brand initiatives.
Within this role you will develop seasonal art direction and creative concepts in collaboration with Innovation, Product and Marketing teams for a variety of Brand projects. You’ll step into the wild as you interface with athletes, guide services, and external partners in the production of strategy decks, visual concept direction, and video edits.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Create valuable brand concept visual direction, video edits, presentations and art direction assets in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Innovation teams
Brand team photo, video content creation, art direction, and execution
Seasonal Brand and Leadership Presentations
Brand opportunities and partnership concepting
YOU ARE
A Creative - ability to create and select strong visuals (Photo, Video, graphics)
A Storyteller – ability to clearly communicate key concepts both verbally and visually
A Collaborator – professional/interfacing with varied internal teams and brand partners
Adaptive with the ability to work under variable deadlines that flex in response to the market
Organized, editing and managing content traffic for use across the broader team
YOU HAVE
Bachelors Degree focused on content creation and/or graphics arts
2+ years’ experience in brand content creation with a proven visual and graphic skill set
Applied skill in creative direction and visualization, art direction, video capture and editing, photography, photo editing, graphic design, and presentation building
Direct brand and/or agency experience
Travel Component is ~10%
