We have an opportunity for an Art Director to work alongside our Founder and Vice President at headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina. In this key role you’re the driver of Marsh Wear’s visual identity and storytelling. You’ll lead concept and creative direction for seasonal campaigns, content, photo and video shoots, and overall brand expression. Working side-by-side with the VP and marketing team to translate the brand’s lifestyle.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the brand’s creative vision across all channels — digital, retail, social, and wholesale.
• Concept and direct seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and storytelling initiatives that reflect Marsh Wear’s Southern-coastal roots.
• Partner closely with the Brand Manager on go-to-market plans and seasonal briefs.
• Guide the team and external partners through ideation, production, and final execution.
• Maintain consistent brand identity through design, photography, typography, and copy direction.
• Oversee creative content for e-commerce, email, social, catalogs, packaging, and events.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure storytelling and product development align visually and emotionally.
• Stay inspired and tapped into outdoor culture, music, design, and lifestyle trends that fit our audience.
