WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Youll work in partnership with your Head Coach, to keep all store functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally. Reporting to the Head Coach, you will:
Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
A passion for the Nike brand
Experience leading a large retail or hospitality environment
The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer proficiency

You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
