The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) is the internationally recognized developer of the comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training System (RETS). RETS curricula promotes lifelong-learning for motorcyclists and continuous professional development for certified RiderCoachesSM and other trainers. MSF also actively participates in government relations, safety research, public awareness campaigns, and the provision of technical assistance to state training and licensing programs. MSF is a national, not-for-profit organization sponsored by BMW, BRP, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Indian Motorcycle, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, Triumph, and Yamaha.
MSF is looking for an Assistant Site Coordinator to maintain training site ranges, motorcycles and other equipment; resolve customer concerns; and provide additional services as requested to MSF departments. MSF is based in Irvine, CA, but candidate would need to be located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Essential Job Duties include (but aren’t limited to):
- Support internal and external meetings, including logistics, room setup, and materials preparation
- Support the yearly audit and inventory of all supplies including program specific completion cards, forms, brochures & flyers
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels
- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses regarding the overall experience and assessment of safety classes
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Administrative support for the Program Manager and additional sites
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices and tracking expenses
- Fulfilling all card orders and request forms
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in motorcycle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
- Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and manuals to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify actions necessary to meet schedules and deadlines
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills
