Our NOVO Fashion, out of Commerce, Calif., is looking for an Assistant Swim Designer who will provide support to senior designer to meet deadlines.

**This is a HYBRID REMOTE position and requires some office time**

Duties and responsibilities include:

Support Projects to Design
• Sketch new body styles
• Assign and keep track of style numbers
• Create presentation or overview CAD’s and keylines
• Request samples
• Mood, image and concept boards
• Check in, hang, tag samples
• Cut swatches
• Clean, organize trims and samples
• Color, print, trim and trend research

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design
• 2 or more years of fashion apparel design experience
• Minimum years of experience in Adobe illustrator/photoshop: 2-3 years
• Knowledge of previous experience in swim is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication and follow through
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Extreme attention to details & organization in all areas
• Must be a team player, able to work independently with the ability to troubleshoot
• Computer skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, MS Outlook
