Margaritaville Apparel is looking for an Associate Account Executive to support the sales team. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated team player to work in our Downtown Los Angeles showroom. Primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team, having daily contact with customers, and managing the day to day needs of the division.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Cultivate strong working relationships and partnerships with accounts buying team
• Prepare and analyze selling reports for external and internal review
• Review account performance plans and drive feedback discussions on opportunities/challenges
• Assist in creating seasonal line plans for development specific to each account
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design/Merchandising, Production, and Customer Service to communicate and fulfill account needs
• Prepare all market tools and sample coordination for sales team and attend all line presentations
• Take proactive approach to making recommendations to further drive the business
• Manage, communicate, and supervise all order confirmations, product testing, and charge backs
• Oversee all shipping logs to ensure monthly shipment goals are executed
• Maintain WIP reports for each account to ensure timely calendar execution
