Our ideal candidate is part brand designer, part campaign art director, and part production artist. You should have a deep passion for typography, photography, motion graphics, and layout and thrive with a variety of creative assignments. This role will balance work for product launches, campaigns, and programs to help visually advance the ENO brand.
Typical tasks will include:
• Build and deliver an elevated art direction and produce designed assets for marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Design and production of packaging materials including but not limited to hangtags, packaging graphics, print collateral, catalogs, stickers, tradeshow materials, etc.
• Creation of comprehensive brand designs and standards documentation
• Lead brand shoots in collaboration with digital content producer and oversight from marketing and product team directors
• Oversee/contribute to post-production studio and lifestyle photography editing process
• Website, blog, and email design/maintenance (in collaboration with internal team/agency partners)
• Build visual storyboard and production-ready art for product videos in collaboration with digital content producer/videographer
• Communicate with various vendors to coordinate the execution of print and digital deliverables
• Collaborate with various cross-functional team members to develop designs and achieve objectives
• Manage internal creative asset library and external asset sharing using programs like Dropbox, Hubsoft, and Google Workspace
• Participate in internal and outside vendor strategy/planning meetings
• Stay abreast of trends, new techniques, and resources in print and graphics
This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Marketing Director and will work closely with the Digital Content Producer and Product Team.
COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures: Currently, the ENO Marketing team works remotely, with occasional meetings and marketing-related tasks taking place at the company HQ in Asheville. This position will be expected to relocate to the Asheville area within 4 months of hire date.
