Role: Associate Quality Assurance Analyst
Team: Digital Technology

The QA Associate Analyst validates software functionality against stated requirements to ensure high quality code releases to our production environment. QA support will be across our Patagonia online experiences related to commerce, stories/films and activism campaigns aligned with the company goal to Save our Home Planet.
What You’ll Do
Conduct functional and cross-browser tests for feature implementations and site updates to the e-commerce platform.
Conduct regular regression testing to support site releases.
Review specific web pages or functionality as directed.
Update e-commerce team members on testing status at daily stand-up.
Work collaboratively with a project manager and team of developers to ensure the quality of the team’s output, and alignment with roadmap and company mission.
Provide knowledge regarding QA concepts, methodology, best practices, tools and metrics.
Write, manage, and continuously re-evaluate test plans to adjust for new information and project schedules.
Assess projects to identify QA requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with Senior QA Analyst to improve QA workflow and process
Learn and contribute to automated test suites like Datadog, Selenium, or Cypress.io.
File defect reports for website issues reported by business units. Clarify issues with business units, reproduce and document identified defects for the development team to address.

1+ years hands-on QA testing experience.
Experience with customer-facing product and web development.
Experience testing agile user stories.
Pay range: $73,500 – $110,000 USD
Hiring range: $85,000 – $95,000 USD
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
