About the job
As our Nike Store Athlete (Sales Associate) your mission will be to deliver a premium consumerexperience by demonstrating the expertise to navigate through individual needs and providing acomplete solution through Nike products and services to give consumers what they need toconnect, train, and compete with the knowledge to achieve their goals.
What you will do
Use your expertise in the area of exclusive customer service and product knowledge to create a special brand experience for our customers.
Help our leads and coaches with the onboarding of new employees.
Support various departments (e.g. cashiering, processing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products on the sales floor and designing display areas) as well as recommending the right products in consultation in order to achieve sales figures.
Use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales in the store.
Inform customers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services.
Expand your own knowledge using our tools and training to stay up to date and gain more insight into sales trends, NIKE products, services and our company culture

What you bring
The passion for NIKE and/or the love of sport
Experience in retail would be an advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactivity, openness as well as motivation and the passion to always put our customers first
Willingness to work weekends and shifts
Category B drivers license
Good command of English is necessary, and German is a plus
