Job Title: Manager, Graphic Designer - Teva
Location: Goleta, CA

Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager of Content, this position is responsible for overseeing and directing all creative collateral for Teva. The Senior Graphic Designer will drive the creative expression of Teva across all platforms to deliver a unique brand identity and marketing messages that inspire, connect, and ultimately drive consumers to purchase. The Senior Graphic Designer must have a passion for packaging, print, digital, video, photography and a good sensibility of copy. Paramount to everything this person must be a team player. This position will manage the Assistant Graphic Designer as well as vendor and freelance relationships

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day graphic needs for the brand (catalogs, advertising, pop, web, video, creative concepting, etc.)
• Design day to day graphic needs for the brand with the assistance of Assistant Graphic Designer and freelance help (catalogs, advertising, pop, web, video, creative concepting, etc.)
• Communicates and works well with vendors for all design deliverables.
• Find best practices for design/video work that is innovative and brings new ideas to the Teva team
• Approve international and wholesale design work for brand
• Maintain open communication with international teams and internal teams on all creative assets available, deadlines and creative concepting
• Develop direct reports to grow them into more complex roles

Education/Experience/Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years design experience.
• Real world print experience required. Experience dealing with outside vendors, photographers, designers, videographers, etc
