Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.
While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.
Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.

We are currently seeking a Vip & Couture Production Project Manager who will report to the Couture & VIP Relation Director
Your opportunity
You will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of the VIP and Couture departments. You will help us in supporting the brand vision by coordinating VIP & Couture events, assisting on production. You will also help reinforce our logistic workflow.
How you will contribute
Coordinate with legal team on contracts for VIP appearances and ambassadorship.
Plan and coordinate travel and accommodation for all VIP events (show attendance, red carpets, public appearances).
Plan and coordinate travel and accommodation for all VIP involved in a Campaign.
Coordinate the post-production of a campaign with the internal teams and the VIP’s team.
Manage and monitor production budget for VIP department. Develop cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices.
Monitoring of artists schedules and creation of itinerary plans, travel arrangements and call sheets.
Internal coordination and everyday logistics with all the different regions.
Who you are
A person with minimum 1-2+ years in Production Coordination and with passion for talent, VIP, Celebrity & Influencer Relations.
An autonomous person and an excellent communicator with a genuine interest in the fashion industry
French and English compulsory, Chinese would be appreciated
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task on many different projects required
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook- Adobe suite would be a strong plus)
