Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will assist with overall day-to-day operation of all aspects of the store. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing of store personnel and implement and enforce all shop policies and procedures.

-Experience managing a retail store with a volume of million+ dollars in annual sales.
-Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
-Manages and monitors sales productivity of associates.
-Merchandise presentation that impacts store sales.
-Responsible for executing store sales promotions and all customer relation activities
-Manages store staffing duties and develops work schedules for store associates.
-Monitors all assignments and activities of store associates.
-Manage inventory including pricing and daily/monthly/annual inventory.
-Check in merchandise upon arrival, price, and stock shelves.
-Ensures proper overall appearance and maintenance of the store/sales floor and stock room in an orderly and clean manner.
-Provides training and motivation for new associates.
-Recruits and interviews prospective associates.


Job Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in sporting goods, action sports, apparel/footwear and/or related industry.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
