Oneill Wetsuits, located in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Product Desginer to assist in the design and development of all wetsuits and selected accessories - including:

- the testing and selection of raw materials
- executing the design process within the seasonal calendar
- working with production design and prototyping to ensure well-engineered
- cost-efficient products

*Bachelor of Science degree in product design, industrial design or graphic design, or Bachelor of Arts degree in design and merchandising.

*Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in product design.

*3-5 years participation in any related water-sports activity (surfing, dive, skateboarding, waterskiing, windsurfing, triathlon).

*Ability to use computer for design (preferably Illustrator or equivalent), word-processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (MS Excel), and e-mail.
