We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Marketing + Communications Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.
How you will contribute:
The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for effectively supporting all marketing initiatives while ensuring deadlines, brand standards and budgets are adhered to. The role works cross functionally with internal teams to meet key business goals and develop marketing + brand ideas for the region. This individual will communicate with malls, media agencies, and internal teams with a focus on community building, brand awareness, and retail marketing. In partnership with the Marketing + Communication manager maintain 360 marketing calendar with annual and quarterly goals, work cross functionally with internal teams to execute.
Work with internal CRM, retail, and wholesale teams to develop and create opportunities in support of business needs.
Support in the development and execution of all media planning with a focus on lease required advertising, new media research, and regional support. Ensure brand standards are met.
Support marketing asset requests and approvals with HQ team. Ensure all deadlines are met and effectively communicate timelines + department needs.
Support in building community of key opinion leaders, institutions, artists, etc. to support digital, social and physical presence.
Oversee partner databases and research new creative talent and ideas for opportunities for brand and retail projects.
Proactively pitch marketing initiatives including but not limited to retail partnerships, social campaigns, advertising opportunities, native media, pop ups, etc. Consider key moments, events and collection launches to activate the brand across the Americas.
Monitor competitors and share findings in an effort to improve our own initiatives. Manage reports with insights on industry news including key trends, competitor activities, media landscape, etc.
Present reports measuring success of activations, using insights to inform future projects.
Support the Marketing team as needed with various ad hoc projects.
Who you are:
Able to work in a team environment
Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner
Excellent communication skills
Strong PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
Salary Range- New York:
Annual salary range of $50,000-$55,000.
