We are currently seeking a People Engagement and Employer Branding Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How will you contribute?
ENGAGING THE BOTTEGA VENETA PEOPLE
Ensure the fluidity and visibility of internal communications related to the brand, business priorities and key moments.
Collaborate with the Coordinator to amplify key Kering communications and feeds Kering people engagement teams with relevant Bottega Veneta initiatives.
Contribute creating editorial-style employee engagement assets for Workplace by Meta, our primary internal communications channel, and Lexiang by WeChat (China), including short or in-depth articles, video and animations, animate and engage our people in using it and propose improvements (functionality, ergonomics).
Contribute to the execution of the Kering Employee Listening survey conducted every two years, ensure results are shared and monitor action plans realization with all regions, in the Head Quarter and Industrial Area.
Animate and assist the I&D Committee and Members in each region and help implement the HQ Calendar
Support “Giving Back�, our employee volunteering program, including scouting and onboarding associations, promoting the platform, tracking participation and engagement.
EMPLOYER BRANDING
Work with Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and People Engagement and HRDs/HRBPs to develop targeted partnerships with selected schools to inspire talents in all Bottega Veneta activities and regions.
Participate in Kering Employer Branding Initiatives.
Under the supervision of the Head of Global Talent Acquisition coordinate the production, implementation and updates of the Bottega Veneta career site/page and LinkedIn Editorial.

Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Italian.
Great interpersonal skills: listening, team working.

Agility in digital communication tools: intranet/website/career platforms; confidence with Power Point and Excel
