We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Plan and execute the acquisition strategy for BV.com with the E-commerce and Marketing teams;
Liaising with the Performance marketing agency on the day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists and ads, bidding strategy and optimization by country;
Overseeing retargeting campaigns, utilizing real-time bidding tools to optimize towards ROI goal, implementing A/B tests, and coordinating creativity;
Build and nurture the Affiliate network;
Understand and analyze KPIs by channel, device and country.
Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate account spend, and monitor/improve campaign performance across all the relevant KPIs;
Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solution;
Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of International experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably leading a team and working on complex and differentiated adv budgets.
Experience with management platforms (including Google Adwords, Bing etc) and bid management tools.
Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Able of managing agencies and of interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
A passion for the Internet in general and fashion e-commerce, passion for Advertising and Online Marketing and curiosity on new media
Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities is essential.
He/She is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and proven experience of working with digital channels.
Excellent knowledge of the main Search Engine Advertising channels and tools in all relevant markets;
Very good knowledge of all Performance marketing channels not Search-related (Affiliation, Remarketing, Social Adv etc);
Excellent communication and writing skills in Italian and English (proficient in English is a must);
Ability to create and present effective and accurate reports and presentations;
