We are currently seeking a Retail Training Manager for France & Monaco as part of our dynamic team based in our Parisian Headquarter.
Main assignments:
In charge of the delivery and coordination of collection, brand and client experience trainings in the market.
Develop a deep understanding of the brand heritage, creative vision and collections
Conduct weekly store visits, give feedback to SM and follow up
Support the development of the competencies and soft skills of sales teams, conducting training programs that boost employee’s performance in alliance with company’s vision, business needs and core values
Ensure the image of the Brand is respected and the highest level of Client experience is delivered
Adapt training contents when needed, in line with local cultural difference and local needs whilst respecting Brand Global guidelines
Collaborate with WW Training Department and ensure the training is coherent and consistent within the countries
Organize and deliver classroom Immersion program for newly hired retail employees following WW Training Department guidelines ensuring new hires are trained within 90 days of employment
Use all company digital tools to deliver virtual trainings and adopt a hybrid approach when needed
Following WW Training Department guidelines organize and deliver Training Programs related to retail career paths Â
  Manage Local Retail training Budget and make sure it is aligned with Corporate budget guidelines
Is able to adapt to different knowledge and skill levels of learners, develop action plans by identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement
Deal with challenging situations with a positive approach and a problem solving mindset
Assess training effectiveness and periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect local specificities  Â
Follow-up on client experience evaluation results and support the improvements needed
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development and blended learning methods
Qualifications and Competencies
At least 3 years of experience in a Management, Training Retail Training role in a high retail luxury industry or in a Training consultancy firm
Excellent understanding of Adult Learning and blended learning is preferred
In depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client experience and selling skills is required
Knowledge of competitors, other Luxury Lifestyle Brand and general fashion knowledge is required
Excellent understanding of Coaching is required
The ability to work in a team, to show flexibility, courteous manners and project a positive attitude is required
Excellent organization skills and the ability to plan yearly training and multi task is required
Demonstrate the ability to communicate, show adaptability
Familiarity with talent management and succession planning is preferredÂ
Ability to present information to a variety of audiences through Excellent presentation skills and public speaking skills
Fluent in French and in English
