We are currently seeking a Southern Europe CRM Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Supporting the Southern Europe CRM Manager in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region
Carrying out the weekly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local) to set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty
Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate
Producing materials (newsletter, campaigns, events) and Powerpoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer’s database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects
Participating in store visits with the CRM Manager to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities  
Who you are:
Student enrolled in Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree program
Passionate about Luxury & Sales/Marketing fields
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. French is a plus
Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive
Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Advance in Excel, PPT)
