We are currently seeking a WW Men’s RTW Collection Merchandiser as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute
Support the definition of the collection merchandising strategy for Men’s Ready-To-Wear.
Build the collection plan, define the structure of the offer and follow up with the product teams during the collection development.
Undertake benchmark and competitor analysis while remaining up to date on trends and news from the fashion industry.
Define the pricing architecture to meet margin targets and ensure consistency of the collection vs carry-over and competitors.
Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis and build strong visual reports to communicate to design and product development.
Collaborate with production team supporting on pre-order strategy, follow-up on deliveries and normalization fittings.
Manage sales campaign activities; collection file, look list, preparation of the digital selling tool and sample management.
Prepare training activities, from showroom to seasonal collection training in store; explain the collection inspiration, direction, and relevant product information to help convey the product’s strategy.
Collaborate with retail merchandising team, ensuring continuous market feedback to identify specific opportunities and trends.
Support the VM and Architecture team during showroom activities and in prevision of the collection delivery in store.
Who you are
Merchandising experience: at least 5 years in an established luxury brand
Fluent in English, Italian would be a plus
Strong analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Office Package
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Detail oriented
Aesthetical sensibility and attention to detail
Teamwork and good relational skills
