Field Scout is looking for a Brand Manager. You recognize your client’s needs and objectives and craft creative solutions that align with them. You build and foster strong relationships. You can manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly. You’re a direct communicator who balances diplomacy and humor. And you’re passionate about the outdoors and marketing.
This is a full-time position in a fast-growing experiential marketing agency. We’re looking for ambitious team players who’d like to grow with us.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing day-to-day client projects and teams, ensuring everything is done on time and within budget
• Strong communicator, able to effectively represent your team’s work, ideas, and progress, both internally and to clients
• Able to coordinate and oversee client requests including the development of creative assets, maintaining project development through a concise and constant flow of information
• Highly organized, flexible, detail oriented, creative and outgoing
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to oversee several complex projects simultaneously
• Passionate about outdoor recreation and experiential marketing
• Willing and able to work nontraditional business hours
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (acceptable to our insurance carrier for inclusion on our coverage for business-related travel)
• Able to perform duties in wide variations in temperature, perform repetitious movements, climb a ladder and stairs, walk, lift, stoop, sit, and/or stand for long periods of time
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage assigned tasks and projects while communicating progress to team and supervisors through a concise and constant flow of information, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Minimize Field Scout exposure and risk on projects through attention to detail and thorough communication
• Strive to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment with positivity and composure
