We are looking for a highly creative and analytical individual to join Woo More Play’s Brand Marketing Manager, someone who will drive a compelling brand experience across all of Woo’s marketing channels.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will help drive sales and continued growth through storytelling and developing campaigns to help build Woo’s position in the rapidly growing sexual wellness market and create a lovemark brand.
You will help to grow brand awareness, acquire new customers, drive traffic/conversion and enhance the customer experience. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced and feedback-driven environment where you will be given the opportunity to add value from day one.
The Marketing Manager will concept, plan and execute all brand, product launch and seasonal 360* marketing campaigns. The role will work closely with creative teams to brief and coordinate all asset development, including email and digital marketing content, website, PR, social media, affiliate and influencer content.
The Marketing Manager with also lead partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Social, Site Operations and Tech, to strategically implement marketing strategies. The role reports to Woo’s Brand Director.
Responsibilities
Brand Marketing/Campaign Management
• Develop “Big Ideas” - brand marketing strategies and components of multi-faceted 360 marketing plans across functions/channels and present recommendations for leadership.?
• Collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners to ensure all activations and programs are on brand and partners are informed, while meeting the pre-determined KPIs and ensuring drive to brand awareness and sales.
• Analyze data, new trends and insights and recommend ideas on improving brand strategies.
• Oversee timeline development & management, along with logistics support
• Manage budget & partner/vendor process from selection through completion. Manage freelance and creative agencies as needed
• Oversee and plan marketing activations, including but not limited to: product launch activations, loyalty program, event strategy, campaign collateral, and key marketing channel integrations (social, experiential, digital etc.)
Developing Content
• Developing dynamic content that solidifies Woo’s key brand messages – natural, organic ingredients and female-forward products to spark a better sex life.
• Ideating and executing engaging, new and innovative ways to target our audience with an eye toward driving key business objectives.
Digital Marketing
• Develop email marketing strategy including frequency, audience, content. Track and report findings on performance.
• Briefing, creative approval, QA and implementation on website updates
• Own content digital creative asset strategy, partnering with creative and social content teams to drive newness and analyze metrics.
Championing the Customer Experience
• Approach all campaigns with a cross-channel lens and drive connection points for the customer experience – site, social, email, PR- with internal partners
• Partnering with Site Ops to implement key marketing initiatives and technology improvements on the site
• Regularly QA-ing our shopping experience and troubleshooting any issues
• Support offline brand experiences from events to social to influencer engagements
Sale and Promotions
• Partner with cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution.
• Concept marketing support to promote and maximize reach and performance of promotions. Own creative asset development to support initiatives for customers and field
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years experience.
• Direct to consumer experience preferred. Strong interest in the sexual wellness industry required.
• Sense of urgency and passion – driven by our mission. Works quickly and in a fast-paced environment.
• Out–of-the-box thinker and problem solver. Action and results oriented.
• Detail-oriented and data driven.
• Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
