Applicant MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Screened Tee Industry with strong hand drawing and computer layout/design skills.

* Caricature and cartooning skills also a must.
* Proficient in Photoship/Illustrator and Freehand.
* Knowledge of art separation a plus.
