COR Surf is in search of a Business / Marketing Manager to join our small team in Westminster, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
The COR Business Manager will report directly to the Founder/CEO. This is a “jack-of-all-trades” position for a fast growing company. COR is currently growing over 100% per year and needs a manager with a strong entrepreneurial drive to continue the rapid growth. He or She will bring a proven track record in managing successful brand related marketing and sales.
The candidate will have a proven experience in strategic and business planning as well as a strong foundation in control-related standards and procedures. This position requires a a depth of knowledge and comfort working and growing web, social media and retail sales. This candidate should have no problem getting their hands dirty, which means processing orders, invoicing and other day-to-day functions that come with managing a growing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Grow distribution and retail accounts via direct sales and tradeshows
• Analyze market share, brand awareness and campaign effectiveness to help drive brand awareness and key initiatives.
• Manage media planning and execution, maximizing brand impressions while keeping advertising and production costs to a minimum.
• Assisting with day-to-day decisions on Advertising, Marketing Research, In-Store Merchandising, Events/Promotions and PR
• Continue to grow and enhance web presence via SEO, Digital Marketing, Blogs and Brand Ambassadors
• Manage ‘go to market’ execution including sales meetings, tradeshows, catalogs, visual merchandising/POS, promotional items, retail product launches, partnership/Co-Op programs and special events.
