This position will work with the corporate development team, the sales management team and the marketing team to develop and execute RVCA’s digital sales and marketing strategy

Duties
• Drive sales and margin for direct to consumer channel
• Develop and manage digital sales and marketing calendar
• Works with sales team to plan and execute seasonal product assortment
• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies in accordance with seasonal marketing initiatives
• Manage affiliate relationships in accordance with overall sales strategies
• Manage digital marketing effort including SEO/SEM
• Define and execute social media strategy, growing the overall audience and driving sales
• Leverage site analytics to monitor performance and determine actions
• Work with corporate development to implement new technology and other best practices

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• Understanding of ecommerce business models, search engine optimization, paid search, IT functionality & web technology
• Minimum of four years’ experience in web sales/marketing
