Terrain Park Foreman

Mountain Creek has an exciting opening for a Terrain Park Foreman. This position will assist the Parks & Pipes Supervisor in overseeing all aspects of terrain park operations. Primarily your focus will be to provide optimum guest satisfaction through construction and maintenance of safe terrain features for all abilities.

Job responsibilities include:
--Assist with the JibLab operational and maintenance duties
--Assist with terrain park specific marketing, sponsorships, special events
--Supervise Lead and park specialists
--Interact with our guests in a positive manner to ensure a quality experience
--Assist with the management of departmental labor, supplies, risk management
--Positively promote and represent the new park at Mountain Creek South
--Perform daily inspection of overall terrain park operation and implement change when necessary
--Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience with parks and pipes operations. They will have supervisory experience with a large staf and ablity to communicate and work closely with other departments. This person should be an advanced to expert skier or snowboarder. This position works in extremen weather conditions for extended periods of time and may work overnight hours. This person will also need to be capable of moving and lifting objects up to 50lbs.
