The a.i.t (adidas innovation team) focus their effort on improving the performance of the athlete by exploring the intersection between science, research, design and harnessing futuristic concepts and technologies to create performance harmony.
As our Sr. Mechanical Engineer - ait, you'll engineer market leading concepts, components, products and processes, which improve brand competitiveness through product and technology leadership.

Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• BS Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in job offered or related occupation, including product development project management and mechanical systems experience within the footwear or preferably apparel industry.
• Full lifecycle (conception through implementation) project management experience
• Knowledge and experience in the field of mechanismdesign
• Deep understanding of biomechanics at play in Apparel and Footwear
• Previous performance apparel industry experience is a plus.
• Project management experience and experience in product development
• Strong experience using ABAQUS, Hyperworks, Rhino and Solid works, CAE and CAD tools) required
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate to various levels within and outside the organization.
