ELEMENT is currently seeking a Designer for Jr’s Accessories
Duties to include, but not limited to the following:
*Responsible for the design of all categories in the Jr. Accessories Line.
*Required to perform market research, and develop creative, innovative, leading designs that are trend and market right.
*Ability to create sketches, cads and details in multiple colorways for each design.
*Ability to work with vendors in order to see designs through development.
Key Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years experience in design.
*Creative and detail oriented.
*Highly motivated team player.
*Excellent time management skills to meet frequent deadlines.
*Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
*Pro-active with a solution/result oriented attitude.
*Must be MAC computer proficient in Applications - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook
*Previous design experience in the Action Sports industry a plus.
