Job Summation:
Oversee 5 (five) retail locations (preparing to add a 6th) that specialize in skateboarding/paintball/action sports lifestyle. Lead a team of willing, teachable, enthusiastic employees. Most of our employees love what they do. We need a strong leader to tie it all together. Meet directly with ownership and transmit the vision to the sales floor. A strong entrepreneurial mind set is imperative. As we grow you’ll grow. You will be a key holder and an integral part of the management team.

Able to oversee all operations, merchandising, hiring, employee reviews, assist with staff meetings, purchasing input, employee promotions input.
Oversee point of purchase sales system.
Installation and training of staff.

Delegate work while effectively not passing thru duties
Complete fiscal responsibility

Physical Requirements:
Extensive local travel a must to oversee various locations.
Available to work “critical” times for our customer base shopping habits.
You must me able to comfortably lift boxes, assist with unloading and loading of
product and fixtures.
Lead by example, sweep, trash removal, vacuum, climb a ladder to change bulbs,
stack product overhead.
Other day to day maintenance and upkeep so everyone knows we’re in this
together.
