OluKai is currently looking for a Full-time OluKai Sales Representative based in Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, team player
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven Sales experience of at least 3 years with complimentary lines
• Experience and knowledge selling in various channels of trade such as Outdoor, Comfort Shoes, Boutiques, Surf, Resort
• A love and passion for the Ocean and Outdoor Lifestyle
• Strong desire to grow
• Ability to travel regularly throughout territory and for trade shows and sales meetings
• Territory management skills increase market share, current dealers and distribution as well as targets
• Planning and forecasting experience/inventory analysis/retail sell-thru/Budget management
• Ability to effectively execute Marketing strategy and co-op initiatives
• Strong retail math skills
• Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Excel, Word, Web Based Rep Portals, and contact management systems
• Understanding of Pre Book and At-Once business
• Interest and ability to support regional events and marketing initiatives
• Meet and exceed annual and season sales target and goals
• Assist with Corporate and Company events in Hawaii
Requirements
• 3-5 Years sales experience
• Trade show & sales meeting experience
• Frequent travel to accounts required
