Fox Head, Inc. has a new opportunity for a Part-Time Salesperson to support the administrative demands of our sales department. This position is located in our Irvine, CA office.
Position Summary:
Assist Sales Department in daily, monthly and quarterly tasks to achieve pre-determined sales plan.
Essential Functions of the Position:
• Maintaining and Organizing Showrooms
• Expediting order Submissions
• Tracking Orders from submission to shipment
• Produce and Maintain Excel Reporting
• Organize Samples
• Accurately Ship and Track Miscellaneous Samples
• Appropriately manage Deliveries Accordingly
• Communicate with buyers and dealers
• Send out physical packets and e-mail specials and follow-up with key buyers.
Qualifications:
• Two years Prior Sales Experience in action sports industry a plus , but not required
• Must be well organized, detail oriented and a team player
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Must have High School Diploma
Scheduling Requirements:
• Standard Hours are from 10AM to 3PM Monday through Friday
• Must be available to work occasional off hours for trade shows and sales meetings.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift items up to 25 Lbs.
This is a part-time position which does not guarantee a full-time regular position but offers limitless opportunities.
