Senior Graphic Designer
Billabong is currently searching for a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our Junior’s M&D Art Department.
This position requires a creative individual with strong graphic design skills. Candidates must be able to create original designs in multiple styles and mediums. Drawing and painting skills are a plus.
Responsibilities will include designing and creating art primarily for junior’s T shirts but also sportswear categories such as fleece, knits, wovens, boardshorts, swimwear and accessories. Must be able to consistently produce concepts and artwork to satisfy design objectives and effectively manage multiple projects.
Additional qualifications include:
-Minimum 3 years experience.
-Knowledge of screen print process and techniques.
-Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign in a Macintosh environment.
-Needs to work well independently, have excellent follow through skills and self-initiative.
-Must be ready and willing to take on any number of small projects as need arises.
-Previous design experience in the Action Sports industry a plus.
