NHS is looking for a web designer to assist in Website creation/maintenance, create flash banner ads, as well as create and execute HTML e-mailers. This is an independent contractor position not an in-house position.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Creating and Sending HTML e-mails, General Website maintenance, Banner Ads/Marketing Materials, Web Survey updates. Must be able to meet fast paced deadlines. Candidate should be familiar with web standards and HTML e-mail guidelines.

Desired strengths and qualities include but are not limited to: excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
