Job Description:
Scott-Sports is seeking a qualified Product Coordinator who can work with our Sales Team to help forecast, order and traffic inventory for the US Bicycle Market.
This person will organize numerous reports relevant to the current and future product inventory and analyze competitiveness of product pricing and spec. The position requires EXTREME proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with particular abilities in Excel.
Applicants should be highly motivated and have strong familiarity with the Bicycle Industry and the IBD channel.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager for Bicycle in Sun Valley, ID. Applicants must be willing to relocate and work in-house.
Primary Job Duties:
- Create and update frequent and timely inventory reports for the Sales Team
- Responsible for the creation of sales documents and business reports.
- Manage the forecasting, trafficking and reporting of Bicycle inventory
- Assist theSales team in the forecasting process
- Develop efficient and accurate pricing structures and programs for B2B and distributor sales models
- Run weekly and monthly sales reports and track quarterly sales goals
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Communicate with Product Management on US Market trends
- Assist in forecasting and orderingthe marketing and sales tools
- Some travel to accounts, trade shows, and sales meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Bicycle Industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced excel expertise a must
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
