Qualified candidates will possess:
- 3+ years experience in eyewear design
- Extensive knowledge of the action sports and youth lifestyle market.
- Ability and desire to create market appropriate product to take the Arnette brand to the next level
- Extensive knowledge of current trends, styles, technology, materials
- Design skills, including drawing/sketching, concept creation, color theory, visual presentation
- Appropriate skills to deliver technical renderings/spec sheets to product development department
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
