Sanuk is seeking to hire a Customer Service Manager to direct and coordinate department activities to ensure achievement of company objectives as well as resolve problems. This person will work with other departments to accomplish the same and develop and implement department goals, objectives and systems to ensure achievement of company objectives are met.

Responsibilites:
• Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop andimplement improved procedures and practices for overall employee and customer satisfaction.
• Direct and coordinate customer care functions such as policy development (i.e.,refunds, declinations), training, customer support, and customer accounts.
• Oversee computer system order entry, product shipment, product transfers, product returns,credits, product traces, alpha and numeric filing, and projects for the sales force.
• Deal with difficult customer situations with tact, empathy and professionalism.
• Oversee management of customer relationships to foster on-going sales relationships within company guidelines.
• Respond toand resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding account related issues as required.
• Provide other areas and departments, as well as executive management, the information on receivables, payables, and cash required to fulfill their goals and responsibilities.
• Develop audits and metrics to ensure an efficient Customer Service department.
• Establish, communicate, and pursue objectives for the department to accomplish.
• Analyze and monitor department costs. Continually assess and improve training procedures.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-10 years' experience in Customer Support/Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly intelligent, self-directing and self-confident leader with the ability to manage & develop staff.
• Proven track record of success.
• Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to professionally and effectively interact with staff,colleagues and the executive management.
• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Knowledgeable in current trends.
• Innovative manager with people & processes.
• High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sometimes highly sensitive matters in the appropriate manner.
