ONE INDUSTRIES is seeking a creative, organized and detail driven
assistant designer to join our apparel design and development team. This
is a great opportunity for an entry level designer looking to grow with a
great company.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Designer will partner with the Apparel and Graphic
Designers to design and develop a cohesive ONE INDUSTRIES juniors line
from concept to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Senior Designer to design and develop the juniors line
from concept to completion
• Create and maintain tech packs for all styles
• Participate in all fit sessions, update all fit specs and maintain all
samples.
• Communicate with vendors, domestic and overseas
• Assist in developing patterns and colorways for garments
• Assist in trim design, development and managment


REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years apparel design/development experience and or relevant
education
• Good eye for design and high attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Highly motivated, flexible, excellent communicator and team orientated
• Strong graphic design skills for T-shirts etc...
• Ability to prioritize workload based on delivery schedules and deadlines
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of youth driven lifestyle market
