JOB TITLE:
Part-time Social Media Specialist
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day aspect of monitoring and replying to the brand’s social media channels. Under supervision of the Marketing Website Administrator, the Social Media Specialist will post, tweet and share product updates, photos, events, and demo vehicle appearances to corresponding channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr as needed. Position will also post follow-up accolades for fanatic customers engaging with our brands.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
-- Exercise good judgment when interfacing with customers.
-- Generate monthly reports for management team.
-- Implement sound analytics when measuring goals and ROI.
-- Awareness of social media trends in the marketplace.
-- Ability to differentiate and follow Trademark, Copyright, and Fair Use laws.
-- Ability to develop and manage online promotions.
-- Monitor social media sites for customer interaction and escalate sensitive topics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-- Goal of BA in marketing, business management, or similar.
-- Self-motivated and commitment to meet or exceed deadlines.
-- Excellent verbal communication skills.
-- Excellent written language and grammar skills.
-- Expertise using Macintosh, Windows and Mobile environments.
-- Local candidate to work minimum of 20 hours a week
